REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

MVMNTUM Dance Center maintains a strict refund policy to ensure program consistency and instructor scheduling.

Trial Classes

• Trial classes are non-refundable once booked.

• One trial per student unless otherwise approved.

Monthly Tuition & Programs

• Tuition payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

• No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes, holidays, or early withdrawal.

Cancellations

• Any requests to cancel ongoing enrollment must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

• Failure to notify before the billing date may result in the next month’s charge.

Workshops, Camps & Events

• Workshops, intensives, camps, and special events are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

MVMNTUM Dance Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, credits or refunds may be issued at the studio’s discretion.
